Unit Manager (Healthcare) What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers): Partner with the Director of Nursing to keep the unit running smoothly Lead day-to-day nursing operations while staying compliant and organized Make daily rounds, support staff, and ensure excellent resident care Help develop care plans, assessments, and quality initiatives Be a go‑to problem‑solver for resident and family concerns Keep policies, procedures, and nursing resources current Jump in with hands‑on nursing care when needed Participate in quality assurance, training, and team development In short: you’ll lead, support, problem‑solver, and make sure great care happens every single day - with teamwork at the center of it all.
