Summary:

• Maintain a strong field presence, spending the majority of time on-site supporting daily safety operations.
• Conduct routine site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and project safety standards.
• Identify hazards, assess risk, and implement corrective actions in real time.
• Partner with project teams, superintendents, and subcontractors to promote a proactive safety culture.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and pre-task planning discussions.
• Monitor multiple trades to ensure safe work practices are consistently followed.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; assist with documentation and corrective actions.
• Reinforce positive safety behaviors through coaching and consistent field engagement.

Requirements:

• OSHA 510 Preferred or additional experience.
• Local to the project preferred, there is per diem available if not local.
• 5 to 7 years of construction safety management experience.
• Ability to start this project ASAP.
• Must have excellent writing and computer skills.
• Great communication - written & verbally.
