This role is entirely remote and utilizes telehealth to provide services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that address specific goals and concerns.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to ensure effective treatment of diverse mental health issues.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care, sharing insights and resources to optimize treatment outcomes for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies by applying your expertise and demonstrating compassion under pressure.
\n
• Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives, promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals from different socioeconomic backgrounds, ethnicities, and age groups. Our client base presents a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. By serving this varied population, you will enhance your clinical skills and cultural competence, contributing significantly to improving their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a LMFT , LPC , LCSW , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
\n
• Cultural competence and sensitivity to navigate the varying needs of clients stemming from different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation and client notes.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a telehealth setting and familiarity with videoconferencing platforms.

• Prior experience in crisis intervention or working with high-need populations.
\n
• Knowledge of additional therapeutic techniques or certifications that may enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
