What You'll Do: Oversee a team of DOT CDL Drivers, Administrative Support, Material Handlers, and Sales Associates within an assigned geographic area. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with all DOT regulations and federal, state, and local laws. Drive operational efficiencyfrom inventory management to customer service excellence. Foster collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless delivery of products. Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team. Manage expenses, logistics, and workforce planning for optimal productivity. What You'll Bring: 7 years of experience in distribution/warehouse operations (bachelors degree preferred). Strong leadership skillsability to engage employees and set clear goals. Expertise in process improvement, problem-solving, and efficiency optimization.
