Position: Assistant Manager Pay: $42,000 – $48,000 per year + bonus opportunities Location: Andy’s Frozen Custard – Round Rock

The Role:

As an Assistant Manager, you are a key leader in the store. You’ll help run daily operations, develop your team, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.

This is not an “easy” role — it’s for someone who enjoys being challenged, leading from the front, and holding high standards.

What You’ll Do:

Lead shifts and run the store in the Store Manager’s absence

Coach and develop team members and shift leaders

Enforce company standards, policies, and accountability

Deliver fast, accurate service while maintaining quality

Handle cash and ensure operational accuracy

Set the tone for energy, urgency, and guest experience

Schedule Expectations:

Full-time (42–45 hours/week)

Must be available nights and weekends

Typical shifts:

Opening: 9:00 AM – 5/6 PM

Closing: 3/4 PM – ~1 hour after close

Store hours:

Sun–Thurs: 11 AM – 11 PM

Fri–Sat: 11 AM – 11:30 PM

Extended summer hours apply

What We’re Looking For:

1–2+ years of leadership experience in food service or high-volume retail

Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Ability to lead a team and stay composed under pressure

Comfortable holding others accountable to standards

Valid Food Handler/Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain quickly)
