(Continued from Summary): Numbered Air Force (NAF), federal, state, local, and host nation plans in the mission area(s) of prevention, protection, mitigation, response, and recovery. (Duties):
- Develops, coordinates, obtains approval, and publishes plans and procedures for implementation of installation policies and instructions relating to EM and CBRN Defense.
- Conducts installation EM assessment and interprets and analyzes assessment results.
- Conducts initial and recurring training for functional areas of EM.
- Serves as Emergency Support Function (ESF 5), EM representative in the EOC and CBRN Control Center.
