Technical Product Owner (ServiceNow)We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner with strong ServiceNow platform expertise to drive product delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, and lead Agile teams through the full product lifecycle. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions aligned to organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and delivery timelines.Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.Create, refine, and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to define product vision and roadmap priorities.Drive prioritization decisions and ensure development efforts deliver maximum business value.Monitor product progress, remove roadblocks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of ServiceNow capabilities across the organization.Required Qualifications:3-5+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within an Agile environment.Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.Expertise in backlog management, story writing, refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization.Experience gathering and documenting requirements and leading stakeholder workshops.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to bridge technical and business teams to drive successful product outcomes.Preferred Qualifications:Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.Experience with ITSM, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), or Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.Previous consulting experience working across multiple business environments.This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative Product Owner who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working with stakeholders at all levels, and has a passion for delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
