You'll work efficiently and collaboratively to keep service smooth and the environment spotless.Your responsibilities will include:Operating dishwashing equipment with precision and safetySetting up and maintaining a clean, organized dish stationPre-rinsing and inspecting dishes for cleanliness and damageStacking, storing, and handling all wares with careSupporting kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks (mats, floors, trash, etc.)Stocking dish area with necessary supplies and chemicalsMaintaining food safety and sanitation standards at all timesMaintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shiftContributing to a culture of collaboration, feedback, and mutual respectWhat we're looking for:Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not requiredA positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learnStrong work ethic and ability to work quickly and efficientlyAbility to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsOrganizational skills and a sense of pace and urgencyOpenness to feedback and a commitment to continual improvementA growth-oriented attitude - always seeking to improve, innovate, and leadWhy M Street?
