We work closely with healthcare providers to deliver custom medications that support better outcomes and personalized care. Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role involves preparing high-quality compounded medications in a safe and compliant environment, working closely with pharmacists to ensure accuracy and patient safety. Responsibilities: Compound non-sterile medications such as capsules, creams, ointments, and suspensions Measure, weigh, and mix pharmaceutical ingredients following precise formulas Prepare and label prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist Maintain clean and organized compounding areas in compliance with USP guidelines Document batch records, logs, and prescription data accurately Assist in managing inventory of raw materials and supplies Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent service Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred 1+ years of experience in non-sterile compounding strongly preferred Familiarity with USP regulations and compounding techniques Strong attention to detail, precision, and cleanliness Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable working with specialized equipment such as balances, ointment mills, and capsule machines Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain thorough documentation Benefits: Competitive hourly wage based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and training in advanced compounding techniques Supportive and collaborative team environment How to Apply: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter to View email address on click.appcast.io.
