Job Summary As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, achieving financial results, and developing a strong service team focused on business growth. Your excellent communication skills and ability to handle employee supervision and guest concerns will be key to your success.
