Location: Remote (Philippines)

Compensation: 15,000 PHP / month (Starting)

Growth Path: Eligible for an increase to 20,000 PHP+ after a successful 30-day trial/probation.

Overview

A fast-growing portfolio of businesses based in Houston, Texas—including high-volume physical signage shops, digital media agencies, and various e-commerce projects—is seeking a technically precise Junior Web & E-commerce Designer.

This role handles the heavy digital building and UI/UX execution for the portfolio. The work is entirely focused on the digital storefronts, productized service funnels, and landing pages that drive revenue. Because slow load times, broken links, or poor mobile optimization result in lost sales and wasted ad spend, absolute precision and a deep understanding of user experience are critical.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX & Web Prototyping: Wireframe and design high-converting landing pages, websites, and sales funnels from scratch using Figma, ensuring seamless mobile and desktop experiences.

Framer & WordPress Development: Build, launch, and maintain pixel-perfect, lightning-fast websites using Framer and WordPress.

E-Commerce Storefronts: Design, update, and manage product listings and storefront architecture for e-commerce brands (Shopify or WooCommerce), ensuring the buying process is frictionless.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously tweak page layouts, button placements, and visual hierarchy based on performance data to increase conversion rates.

Digital Brand Consistency: Apply established brand kits (logos, typography, hex codes) strictly across all digital touchpoints to ensure a unified visual identity.

Requirements

Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Framer, and WordPress. A strong understanding of website builders and e-commerce platforms is mandatory.

Strictly Manual Execution (No AI): A portfolio of manual, human-made UI/UX and web design work is required. The use of AI-generated site builders or generative UI tools as a shortcut for final deliverables is strictly prohibited. Human creativity and structural logic are what is being hired.

Flawless English & Precision: Excellent written English is required to read technical project briefs, structure website copy correctly, and communicate clearly with the operations team. Candidates must possess the meticulousness to check responsive breakpoints, spelling, and live links twice before submitting work.

Logistics & Environment:

Hardware: A high-performance computer/laptop capable of smoothly running design software and multiple heavy browser tabs without crashing.

Internet: Reliable, high-speed fiber connection (min 25 Mbps) with a backup plan.

Power: A stable power supply or a reliable backup plan for local brownouts.

Availability: This role strictly follows Houston, Texas Time (CST/CDT). Candidates must be online, available, and highly responsive to the internal team during US business hours.

Compensation & Benefits

Clear Growth: Starts at 15,000 PHP. After the first 30 days, technical precision, site performance, and communication will be reviewed for an immediate increase to 20,000 PHP+.

Stability: Full-time role with a guaranteed 13th-month bonus in December.

Mentorship: Hands-on training in direct-response web design, e-commerce conversion strategies, and digital brand architecture.
