Shift: Monday-Friday | 5:30 AM until finished (Typically 2:00 PM-4:00 PM)
Saturday: 5:00 AM until finished (Typically 10:00 AM-12:00 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to move raw materials, maintain production flow, and support daily plant operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The ideal candidate has experience operating large earth-moving equipment, prioritizes safety, and is willing to assist with general labor duties when equipment operation is not required.

Required Experience & Skills
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment required
• Experience operating one or more of the following equipment:

• Dozer
• Scraper
• Front-End Loader
• Motor Grader
  • Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment strongly preferred
  • Experience operating only backhoes or skid steers does not qualify for this position
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Safely operate heavy equipment to transport raw materials throughout the facility
• Support production by maintaining efficient material flow
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections
• Assist with material handling and production support as needed
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Report equipment issues and maintenance concerns promptly
• Perform general labor duties when equipment operation is not required
• Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience operating multiple types of earth-moving equipment
• Previous manufacturing or industrial production experience
• Basic equipment maintenance knowledge
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent climbing, standing, walking, bending, and extended periods of sitting while operating equipment
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather and industrial conditions
• Must be available for overtime and Saturday work as required
