Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions.
• Monitor patients' progress, documenting responses to therapy and adjustments made to treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising PT.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, ensuring they understand the proper techniques to maintain their recovery progress.

• Encourage patients through their rehabilitation journey by providing motivation and emotional support during therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.

• Proficiency in therapeutic exercise techniques, as well as manual treatment methodologies to support patient recovery.

Compensation and Benefits
