Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) | Excell Private Care Services | Perkins, OK

CNA or CHHA needed to perform in-home help with bathing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and running errands. Prior experience as a PCA/CNA/CHHA preferred, but not required. Duties and Responsibilities Traveling to and from clients’ homes. Providing supportive household services, including light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and preparing meals (e.g., for medically prescribed diets). Documenting observations and activities. Performing care and services with minimal or no client/family complaints. Assisting clients with personal care as directed by the written plan of care—such as bathing, dressing, or grooming. Taking oral and written instructions. Maintaining telephone access and dependable transportation. Performance Behaviors Demonstrate reliability in work attendance by being on time to client visits. Efficiently manage time and work appropriately. Adapt to changing situations and work assignments. Show initiative and diligence while performing work tasks. Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills when interacting with clients and staff. Adhere to Excell’s excellent customer service standards in all aspects of care. Project a positive, professional attitude and appearance. Work hard to eliminate any client/family complaints. Communicate effectively (written and verbal) with scheduling coordinators regarding dates and times of shifts as well as the health of members, maintaining HIPAA confidentiality. Communicate with members that are hard of hearing, linguistically impaired, and/or emotionally distraught, using assistive devices when required. Qualifications Current certification as a CNA or CHHA. Valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel 100% of the time. Work Location On the road and in clients’ homes.
