A healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership, support evidence-based practice initiatives, and promote excellence in patient care. Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of evidence-based nursing practices
- Evaluate clinical processes and identify opportunities for quality improvement
- Provide guidance, education, and mentorship to nursing staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care outcomes
- Participate in clinical program development and performance improvement initiatives
- Assist with staff education, training, and competency development
- Analyze patient care practices and recommend process enhancements
- Support research, quality initiatives, and organizational change efforts
- Promote compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a clinical resource for nursing teams and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility for licensure
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; advanced degree preferred
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous nursing leadership, education, quality improvement, or specialty practice experience preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Experience supporting evidence-based practice and clinical improvement initiatives preferred
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
