Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care

Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting
Monitor patient health and vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist with daily living activities
Document patient care and progress accurately
Communicate effectively with healthcare team members

Requirements of the LPN/LVN - Long Term Care

Current LPN/LVN licensure in Maryland
Experience in long-term care preferred
CPR certification
