Location: Charlotte, NC/New York, NY (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Role Overview:
- Looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technology and integration initiatives within the Brokerage and Wealth Management space.
- The PM will coordinate across business, technology, architecture, vendor, and delivery teams, with a particular focus on integration-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Brokerage and Wealth Management technology initiatives.
- Drive project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate integration/API work across internal teams and external partners such as Pershing.
- Partner closely with architects, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide clear status reporting and escalation to program leadership.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Technology Project and/or Program Management.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing integration and API-driven projects.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Brokerage and/or Wealth Management domain.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with large Financial Services organizations.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Pershing or similar brokerage/custody platforms preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional delivery coordination.
