About the Position

Job Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 3 years preferred (Will accept 2 years with strong experience) License: Must hold current licensure applicable to the position Certifications: C-EFM, BLS, NRP, STABLE, ACLS preferred Must-Have: - Charge experience preferred - Scrub experience preferred - Cerner Experience - Completed at least 1 travel assignment - Float required - Mother/baby and scrub - Call required - 2 shifts per 6-week schedule - Every other weekend required Description: Seeking a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team. Candidates should have strong experience in Labor and Delivery. In addition to a valid nursing license, the following certifications are required: C-EFM, BLS, NRP, STABLE, and ACLS preferred. Must have charge experience and scrub experience in a labor and delivery setting. Experience with Cerner documentation system is preferred. This role requires floating to mother/baby and scrub as needed. Call responsibilities include being available for 2 shifts per 6-week schedule. Every other weekend coverage is mandatory. Candidate should be prepared to care for a diverse patient population during labor and delivery. Ideal candidates will provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to mothers and newborns.
