Under direction of Management this individual will be responsible for effectively supporting all culinary operations. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: This role includes preparation of all foods and ingredients in accordance with our recipes. Ability to work organized and efficiently Must be comfortable in a fast-paced high volume environment Can lead cook team to complete tasks, is able to provide direction and training Maintain and abide by County Health/ Sanitation standards Positive attitude and being coachable is very important to us Ensure that all equipment and tools are in proper operating condition and are cleaned on a regular basis. Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required Communicating with management and staff about any issues or concerns that may arise #J-18808-Ljbffr
