Do you have a heart for helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely and comfortably at home? We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and professional caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Personal hygiene
- Provide incontinence care, including diaper changes.
- Assist with safe transfers, repositioning, and light lifting as needed.
- Support mobility using proper body mechanics and transfer techniques.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical).
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Document care provided and communicate changes in client condition.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred but not required.
- Experience providing ADL assistance, incontinence care, and safe transfers.
- Ability to lift and assist clients safely according to company guidelines.
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred, if applicable).
- Ability to pass a background check.
