Travel Physical Therapist - $2,583 per week

Job Summary Title: Physical Therapist (Travel) Location: Rancho Cordova, California Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week (8‑hour shifts) Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Assess patients referred for rehabilitation, including evaluating medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals based on the patient’s capacity and tolerance, under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient conditions, and educate patients and families on physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Requirements Hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE. Graduate from an accredited program. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or be in the process of obtaining licensure. Current CPR certification.
