Welder 1st Shift
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable working from blueprints and specifications.

The Welder is responsible for performing welding operations according to established procedures, engineering requirements, and quality standards to produce high-quality components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Duties
- Perform welding operations following drawings, specifications, and supervisor instructions
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and conformance to standards
- Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety guidelines
- Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures
Pay
$18$21 per hour
Schedule
1st Shift: MondayFriday, 5:00 AM 1:20 PM
Experience or Skill Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
- Experience with welding tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
