About The Role
The Head of Sales USA is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Partner Development Managers to achieve ambitious revenue targets and drive sustainable business growth. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands‑on execution, focusing on partner acquisition, pipeline management, forecasting, and cross‑functional collaboration to maximize performance across the US market.
What You Will Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Partner Development Managers across the US.
- Drive the execution of the US sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build, grow, and enable strategic channel partnerships, including resellers and master agents.
- Own pipeline management, sales forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
- Define, track, and improve team KPIs and sales performance.
- Develop regional revenue plans and partner business plans to drive sustainable growth.
- Implement sales best practices and methodologies to improve team effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and HR to achieve business objectives.
- Travel regularly for business needs.
