We offer hourly or commission-based pay, depending on experience and preference.In addition to great pay there are excellent benefits including:100% employer paid premiums on medical, dental and vision insurance401k and 401k Roth plan with up to 4% match in addition to your income investedEmployer paid long-term disability insuranceEmployer paid life insurance1 floating holiday6 paid holidaysPaid vacationPaid weeklyResponsibilities Include:Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems within homes and businessesHandle emergency plumbing services, including water line leaks, burst pipes, clogged drains, and morePerform diagnostic assessments to identify issues with pipes, drains, water heaters, faucets, and other plumbing systemsProvide estimates for plumbing repairs and communicate progress to clients clearlyIdentify opportunities to enhance customer comfort and system efficiency through recommended services or preventative solutions.Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing codes to ensure high-quality work and a safe working environmentMaintain plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working conditionEnsure accurate documentation of all work completed, including photos, notes, and reportsRequirements2+ years of experienceMinimum of PL04 Plumbing licenseKnowledge of local plumbing codesExcellent customer service skillsValid driver's licenseMust meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
