• Pay package: Salary range $250,000 $325,000/year (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care in a Level III NICU
• Lead assessments and management of critically-ill newborns
• Collaborate with NNPs for 24-hour in-house coverage and transports
• Attend high-risk deliveries and provide consults for pediatric sub-specialties
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team serving a busy delivery service of approximately 1,500 births annually
• Support new protocols and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need:

• Board Certified in Neonatology
• Valid NY State medical license or eligibility
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong clinical skills and adherence to evidence-based practices
• New graduates with completed fellowship are encouraged to apply
