Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care / Progressive Care / Stepdown unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed
• Adhere to unit-specific protocols, compliance requirements, and facility policies
• Work assigned major holidays as required per contract terms

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of IMC, PCU, or Stepdown nursing experience
• Ability to complete all compliance documentation and core onboarding items within required deadlines
• All requested time off must be finalized at time of submission; no schedule changes permitted post-offer or post-start
• Must be available to work major holidays as outlined in contract (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers are accepted
• Familiarity with stepdown or progressive care workflows and monitoring equipment
