Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

1. Works with sub-awardees to ensure reporting, invoicing, and adherence to grant agreements.
2. Disseminates surveys to program participants and community partners to provide input and evaluate the project.
3. Participates in healthcare center and community meetings/events to increase project visibility, community awareness of the project, and partner participation.
4. Schedules and organizes meetings/events and maintains agenda to meet project goals.
5. Maintains updated documentation and records of all meetings and events related to the project.
6. Submits accurate and prompt data reports to grant PI.
7. Assists PI in implementation, execution, and completion of grant goals, outcomes, and activities.
8. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
9. Carries out activities to meet grant deliverables.
10. Provides coordination of the Project with collaborating agencies.
11. Gives oversight, technical assistance, and data collection of community health workers.
12. Coordinates activities with the Project evaluators.
13. Implements the communication plan.
14. Completes reports as required by SAMHSA.
15. Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Education And Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing required. Experience: Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in nursing.
