Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney

Balch & Bingham is seeking an associate to join our Trusts & Estates practice in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience handling estate planning, trust and estate administration, and related tax matters. A Tax LL.M. is strongly preferred for candidates with less than five years of experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and writing skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in trusts and estates law. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, tax planning, and trust and estate administrative matters.
