Program Manager – IT Program As a Program Manager for an IT Program, you will design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. You will apply your advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. You must be able to work without considerable direction, mentor, and may supervise team members. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain strategic IT programs in alignment with corporate strategy. Apply extensive technical expertise and industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Operate independently with minimal supervision, mentor, and supervise team members. Your Qualifications Experience in Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination. Experience managing project lifecycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies. Experience with Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting. Ability to manage specific Work Order execution, track schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure project success. TS/SCI clearance. Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Information Systems, or 5+ years of experience managing DoD projects. PMP Certification. Nice if you have Strong analytical and leadership skills to drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints. Lean Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or DAWIA Level II in Program Management Certification. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $86,800.00 – $198,000.00 (annualized USD). Compensation is determined by location, experience, and other factors. The salary range represents the typical range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package.
