Required Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Kansas Low Incidence SPED license for grades 6-12
• Experience or strong interest in working with special needs students
• Ability to adapt to onsite assignments
• Strong communication, collaboration skills, and a positive, solutions-focused mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with low incidence disabilities in grades 6-12
• Deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families for holistic student development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, assessments, and progress reports
• Caseload and specific responsibilities to be discussed during the interview
