Job Description
Assists residents with activities of daily living , including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting. Assist clients who are unable to care for themselves or perform daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, dressing, and bathing . They may provide long-term care or intermittent care.
Requirements
· Communication is essential in a home health aide career.
· Compassion, empathy and patience
· Organizational skills
· Time management
· Adaptability
· Technical skills
· Physical stamina
· Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
