Job TitleSkills Required:• Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field. • Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role, however a bachelors is a strong nice to have. • Disqualifiers: Candidates without required skills will not be eligible for the role. • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain familiarity with calendar management and understanding of ROB. Someone with big picture and strategic thinking will be the ideal fit.Responsibilities• Develops, tracks and manages project budget, project plans, timelines and scope • Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising • Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements • Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs • Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing • Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures • Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses • Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized • Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsorsTop 3 Hard Skills Required• Minimum 2-4 years experience with proficient in Excel (pivot tables and creating reports) • Minimum 2-4 years experience with Calendar management – proficient in Outlook • Minimum 2-4 years experience with Event support
