Role Description NX Direct is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our Atlanta team. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on customer acquisition, sales, direct marketing, and brand representation. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, present products and services, and help create a positive buying experience. You’ll also develop your sales and marketing skills through hands-on experience, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as you grow. What You’ll Do Engage with potential and new customers in a retail environment Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services Present current promotions, product features, and service options Build customer relationships through professional, consultative conversations Assist customers throughout the sales and account activation process Meet individual and team sales goals Maintain accurate customer and sales information Develop and refine sales techniques through ongoing coaching and feedback Stay knowledgeable about products, promotions, and industry trends Assist with training and mentoring newer team members as you gain experience Contribute to team goals and overall customer acquisition efforts What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills A customer-focused and professional approach Self-motivation and a willingness to learn Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Previous sales, retail, customer service, or marketing experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive weekly pay; take your earning potential to the next level with hourly pay, commissions, and bonuses.
