• Perform interventional pain procedures (epidural steroid injections facet blocks RFA SI joint injections joint injections spinal cord stimulator trials kyphoplasty nerve blocks)
  
• Manage medication management patients with strict compliance monitoring including drug testing and prescription monitoring
  
• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits
  
• Utilize eClinicalWorks EHR for documentation and patient records
  
• Collaborate with support staff (RN MA rad tech) in the in-office procedure suite

MyMichigan - Midland is seeking 2 full time CRNAs! One to start in December 2024 and one to start January 2025! EMR: EPIC Number of OR Rooms: 12 Provider will be working with all ages.
