AE - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, a keen eye for merchandising, and strong attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Passionate about brand standards: You are a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving and do so through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. Master of the Stockroom: You ensure merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized and that the Stockroom runs efficiently and productively. Innovative: Whenever you see a merchandising opportunity, you inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to correct it. Team player: You are always prepared to step in and help fellow team members with non-stock tasks or assist guests. Integrity: You prioritize safety in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, following Asset Protection standards and adhering to AEO policies and procedures.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including experience and location. Subject to eligibility, associates may be eligible for paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion.
