As a Call Center Representative you will:
- Provide professional customer service, and satisfactorily answer customers questions and concerns
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Perform callbacks requested by customers and members regarding concerns, services, and policies
- Use all available resources to best assist customers and members
- Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
- Help to train new employees and inform them about the company's customer service policies
- Assist customers with the goal of retaining memberships
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to take initiative, multitask and problem solve
- Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
