Salesforce Sr Developer Onshore
Salesforce Sr Developer Onshore New York, NY (Need local people that can be onsite- office minimum 2 days in a week) Full time or C2C
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, guiding them through agile delivery models, and ensuring best practices throughout the solution lifecycle
- Drive technical design sessions, architect end-to-end solutions, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA resources to align technical choices with business goals
- Their attitude and behavior must be positive and supportive
- Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce architectures, and produce detailed technical documentation
- Core development responsibilities include designing and implementing complex applications using advanced Apex coding, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce declarative features
- Oversee and direct the creation of integrations between Salesforce and external systems by leveraging APIs, web services, and point-to-point integration techniques
- Enforce high code quality standards, optimize for performance and scalability, and uphold Salesforce development best practices through code reviews and continuous process improvement
- Apply your understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data model principles, alongside your ability to lead scrum teams by managing sprints, backlogs, and developer assignments
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- At least seven years of Salesforce development experience and three years in a technical lead or senior developer role
