Valley Queen Cheese Factory is seeking a Cheese Plant Operator to support safe, efficient production in our modern Milbank, SD facility. In this hands-on role, you will operate and monitor cheese-making and whey processing equipment, follow recipes and SOPs, perform quality checks, and maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards. Working in a collaborative, family-oriented culture, you’ll partner with maintenance, quality, and production teams to meet targets, troubleshoot basic equipment issues, and support continuous improvement.
