Sales Representative

What You'll Do

• You'll speak directly with owners of HVAC businesses across the country. These are real business owners making real decisions about the future of their companies.
• You'll learn how to conduct executive-level conversations, uncover problems, present solutions, and close high-value sales. This is consultative sellingnot reading a script or high-pressure pitching.

Compensation

Base Salary: $50,000$75,000

Uncapped Commission

Our expectation is that successful salespeople close at least five new clients each month. At that level, annual earnings exceed $225,000, with significant upside for top performers. Your income is determined by your performancenot by how long you've been here.
