Butler Manager
Our butlers provide personalized assistance to a select group of guests following our high standards of service. Among other services, they deliver accurate information about the ship's regular events, ports of call and special functions, make reservations for various activities and services such as shore excursions, dining, wine, spa, etc. and follow-up to ensure services and amenities are delivered as requested. Experience in food and beverage and/or housekeeping service in an upscale hotel, resort or cruise ship, superior customer service, and an exceptionally positive attitude are required.
