• Shifts: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch, 8 guaranteed hours per day. Alternative schedule available: Monday-Wednesday, 10-hour shifts with patients scheduled 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Active Oregon state license required. DEA license required.
