We are currently seeking an Acquisition Portfolio Logistics Manager to support the U.S. Navy’s Enlisted Placement Management Branch (PMS 4013) Program Office, providing Navy clients with strategic, data-driven solutions to ensure maritime dominance. This position supports at the Washington Navy Yard and 21 M Street.

What you’ll do:  Lead a team analyzing modernization and logistics plans impacting product production, distribution, and inventory. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and direction for workflow and staff
• Provide product support management
• Enhance acquisition, supply support
• Manage outfitting, maintenance and readiness support
• Manage full lifecycle solutions
• Enhance product flow and Fleet use
• Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC’s clients

Qualifications:

• Active Secret security clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree from a university accredited in the United States
• 10+ years’ experience with Navy acquisition and /or sustainment logistics
• 5+ years of DoD product support management and analysis
• Prior NAVSEA Program Office experience
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
• Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required
