Senior Estimator – Civil Construction
Direct Hire | $85,000
Ready to take the lead on projects that shape communities? We're partnering with a well-established civil construction company seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to play a key role in winning and delivering high-quality infrastructure and site development projects.

What You'll Do
Lead the estimating process from takeoff through final bid submission
Review plans, specifications, addendums, and bid documents
Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for civil and sitework projects
Evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing to ensure complete scope coverage
Adjust labor, quantities, overhead, and profit to meet project objectives
Participate in bid review meetings with company leadership
Support project turnover to operations and assist with change orders
Mentor junior estimators and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Build strong client relationships and track bid results
What We're Looking For
Experience estimating civil construction projects
Strong knowledge of sitework, earthwork, utilities, and paving
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience with B2W or similar estimating software preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Leadership skills with the ability to coach and support team members
Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
