- Serve as the primary contact for the CRM process area workstream.
- Conduct gap analyses, process design, configuration, and training updates for CRM releases.
- Manage workstream timelines, resources, and status reporting.
- Communicate financial impacts of process designs to the CRM program lead for budget approval.
- Identify, resolve, and escalate risks, actions, and issues within the workstream.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to anticipate resource, financial, and process impacts.
- Review and approve training strategies, plans, and content.
- Manager network of Subject Matter Experts to support process design and change adoption.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 6+ years business analyst experience and relationship management.
- 6+ years expertise in Customer Service, Collections, Post-Collections, Accounts Receivable, Reporting, or Dispatch preferred.
- Proven experience in process design and optimization.
- Background in complex system implementation preferred.
