Manager, Customer Experience

Summary The Customer Experience Manager leads store-level client development, relationship selling, and client retention strategies. This on-site role plans brand events and community activations while partnering with store leadership to improve client engagement and business results. Responsibilities Plan and execute store events, including scheduling, budgeting, communications, production, and reporting. Develop seasonal event strategies and community relationships with philanthropic organizations, social groups, and corporate partners. Monitor client relationship KPIs and customer performance, using insights to adjust store and market strategies. Partner with store leadership and client development teams to strengthen client relationships, support private client programs, and achieve sales targets. Lead and develop direct reports and coordinate cross-functional initiatives. Requirements At least 4 years of relevant experience. Experience building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams. Ability to analyze data and present to executive-level audiences. Proficiency with social media, Google Suite, Tableau, CONNECT, and InDesign.
