Maintenance Technician

In this role, you will perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment, helping ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving technical challenges in a collaborative environment. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including extrusion lines, payoffs, take-ups, ovens, ink jet printers, braiders, hoppers, and pumps Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues to minimize downtime Calibrate critical equipment and measuring devices to maintain accuracy Conduct facility safety checks and inspections Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records Coordinate with external service providers when needed Follow established maintenance procedures and recommend updates for improvement Design and build basic fixtures to support production needs Communicate clearly with managers, supervisors, and team members Partner with engineering on machine upgrades and new equipment installations Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations (e.g., OSHA, NFPA 70E) Maintain a clean and organized maintenance work area Prioritize and manage time effectively to complete critical tasks Who You Are: You take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
