Duties include scheduling coaches, assigning classes, facilitating the booking of private lessons, guest service, and resolving guest and employee issues as they arise. The team lead communicates regularly with location supervisors, managers, and general managers and is willing to help out indoors or outdoors wherever necessary. Job Specifications Starting wage: $23.00/hr – $53.50/hr Employment type: Winter seasonal 2026‑2027 Shift type: Full time, hours available Minimum age: 18 years or older Housing availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Facilitate the setup and breakdown of the SRS meeting areas and all SRS facilities indoors and outdoors Communicate with coaches during morning meetings Assign lessons using the priority code Ensure guests are satisfied with their lessons Facilitate booking of private lessons Provide guest service Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements High school diploma Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Minimum of 2 years experience working for a ski and ride school PSIA/AASI certification (preferred) Proficiency with MS Office Exceptional guest service skills Exceptional organizational skills Preferred Skills Previous supervisory experience Proficiency with RPOS Ability to communicate in Spanish Pay Range The expected pay range is $23.00/hr – $53.50/hr.
