Warehouse Associate
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Shift: Day Shift, 7:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. (Rotating Schedule) Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by safely moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing products for shipping and production. The role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Primary Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to transport materials between warehouse and production areas.
- Pull, stage, and prepare products and materials for shipping.
- Move finished goods to designated warehouse or storage locations.
- Receive incoming shipments and stock materials appropriately.
- Wrap, label, and secure pallets for storage or outbound shipments.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous forklift experience or the ability to learn warehouse equipment operation.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and basic inventory systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Competitive starting wage: $21.00/hour.
- 12-hour day shifts with a rotating schedule, offering several days off throughout the rotation.
