Job Details: Location: Spring Haven LLC – Winter Haven, FL 33881. Salary Range: $14.00 hourly. Position: Front Desk Concierge (Overnight) – Spring Haven Senior Living. Job Summary Spring Haven Senior Living is seeking a reliable, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Concierge to join our team on the overnight shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This role is the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well‑managed environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to our mission of providing caring and compassionate service. This is a part‑time position with hours based on business needs, and may transition into a full‑time role as needs evolve. Key Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner. Monitor building access and ensure safety and security during overnight hours. Answer phones and route calls appropriately. Assist residents with requests or concerns promptly and courteously. Maintain accurate logs, reports, and communication for incoming staff. Support administrative and light clerical duties as needed. Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain clean, organized, and presentable. Uphold Spring Haven’s mission by delivering caring and compassionate service in every interaction. Schedule & Job Type Part‑time position (hours based on business needs). Overnight shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Flexibility required, including weekends and holidays as needed. Opportunity for full‑time status in the future based on organizational needs. Qualifications Previous front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain alert, attentive, and professional during overnight shifts. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Basic computer skills and ability to handle administrative tasks. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively. Must successfully pass a drug screening.
