About the Role As a CNA Certified Nurse Aide Restorative Aide Leader, you will be responsible for providing restorative care to our residents, including exercises, transfers, and ambulation. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care to meet their unique needs and goals. You will also be responsible for documenting resident progress and communicating with families and healthcare providers.
